Excellent location and clean rooms

I had a wonderful stay, thanks to the fantastic location that made exploring the city a breeze. My room was clean and very comfortable with a nice shower. However, better communication skills from the staff would enhance the experience.

Good pressure for hot water.

We booked a double room with a balcony, but ended up with a confusing open space instead. The receptionist was dismissive about our complaint, insisting that it was a terrace, which was misleading. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and I could hardly sleep due to the noise from the other rooms and a malfunctioning boiler. The towels were outdated and thin, which did not justify the price we paid for our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Hostel Friends Barcelona. The location was fantastic, conveniently located near bus stations and the metro, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was spacious and very clean, which I greatly appreciated.
